I really don't think ur gonna want to go down the path that u presented for sled audio. The amp is underpowered for anything over 2 ohm speakers and those speakers are just not good in this environment.
I know u said u want a budget system but if u slow ur roll and come up with just $150 to $200 more u can have a very damn credible & road tested setup vs a below average setup.
Damn near every other thread talks about this "go to" setup and is a very great bang for the buck so shop for some deals and compare to what ur current plan is.

If ur hell bent on that B54 then u really should consider the 2 ohm Infinity Kappas.
