Also, I'm not certain if those Hertz grills will fit the lowers or not. If not, here's another alternative.

Just over 1000, still have the wiring and grills to buy. The rest will be here monday(gotta love amazon prime) I really appreciate it. I was totally lost and just about went with a hogtunes setup. After reading as many bad reviews as good ones I just about gave up lol

I believe so, seems like the hertz have alot of good reviews and I believe with having the tour pack off that the lowers will really help. I'm sure I'll have more questions during the install lol

Im sure you'll be happy with that setup. Doing the lowers instead of tp was a wise decision. TP speaks go away, lowers hang for the duration.

to be fair I always hated the placement of the TP speakers. If the ole lady isn't a twig her *** is bound to block them anyway

The wife won't be on it much, the plan is to keep the pods on the tour pack just in case. If momma ain't happy I'm sure we will upgrade the pod speakers. Might even be easier to talk her into bag speakers😁

After looking at the specs on those speakers, if you add any power to them over 60w they will probably blow. I have never seen them until now nor ever heard them. I cant find anything about xfmt speakers on the net except these pods. I personally would not spend my $$ on them.
