RF Amp Install
I have a 2015 SGS with Boom Infotainment. I have purchased and installed both RF front and rear lid speakers for the bike and have the wires run waiting to configure to amp. I have also purchased 2 BT line levelers. I'm having a hard time making the connections. Seems like it should be pretty simple.....I've read and watched videos....BUT the videos leave out the connections to and from the amp. I cant seem to find the output from the HU to go to the amp. Diagrams say that it should be RCA. Any help would be appreciated.
Unplug the wires at each speaker pod, plug the BT355 line leveler into the left & right speaker plug. Then connect RCA cables between the line leveler to amp inputs. Then wire up the speakers from the amp outputs.
EDIT...just re-read your post. Also connect the rear line leveler to the unused 4pin plug coming from the head unit. Connect rca cables from that one to the amp rear channel inputs, as well.
To be able to use front to rear fade, you'll want the Ultra flash..4 speaker 0 amps.

Thanks! Got it. Everything is hooked up and playing. HU was flashed and I have fade control. Gonna need help with adjusting the amp. Leave it set at what RF says or adjust.... I set it on 4 channel and have it set at what RF suggested...
Also, I didnt fully understand what to do with the "clip" instructions.

OP if you want to watch someone use the clipping light to set the gains on the RF amps this video here gets into it right at about the 30 minute mark:

Thanks for all the help! Got everything hooked up and installed along with extended bags. Sounds great. All the posts I read prior to purchase and install were right on the money.
