Be patient with the DSR 1. It has broken the best of us...its a never ending battle...but it can be conquered...it will work out brotha..!! I am still constantly trying to figure my out after 3 or 4 months of playing with it if that gives you an idea...biggest advise i have is make sure you have all the firmware updates before you install it...

It's a bear to learn the software, but I think the benefits will outweigh the burdens.

Remember Sound is subjective. You may still want to learn the system so
you can make adjustments.

I'd make a copy of Jonathans tune. As you play and learn, you can edit the copy. If shix hits the fan, you can always go back to his original tune
I aborted the dayton shipped back and installed tonite the dsr-1 jonathan at GBS is gonna make me file omg i was so pigheaded my stereo sound rippin all installed it was a big learning curve i learned alot what to do and not in fairing hertz mpk 165.3 tweets on SD nano 250/ installed in faring SD 800 /dsr1/ T.P. hertz mpx 165.3 coax/bags SD 400 bridged with hertz mpx 690.3 all neat used ferrols and heatshrink all amps on separate fuses let me say it ripps cant wait fine tune it im ready to go ride thanks alot im gonna post a big write up i documented the whole install hope it will help ,others dos and dont's first mistake i made was puting speaker outside of pods in fairing they need to be put inside or the speaker will be jammed in the grill and be not accoustical called speaker pod mod i got pics how to do it
