Looking at the specs it looks like they have done a great job with this product. I'll still keep my stock HK though for the AVC functionality. That's one feature I would miss above all else. If it wasn't for that and the loss of intercom and CB I'd be tempted.

The AVC on the 13 down units doesn't go bonkers like the newer ones supposedly do. It stops turning up the volume automatically at 50 mph. Lots of us use it without any problems.
I think so as well. Maybe once it hits the market the street price will be a little lower. If not I can't see much advantage of the RF over some of the higher end Aquatic AV units. Maybe a better FM tuner, 8 db sensitivity is pretty good.
