I removed the front faring and installed the radio, now I cannot figure for the life of me on how to get to the speakers. I removed the screws that hold the housing over the speakers but still cannot gain excess to the speaker housing. Do I have to remove the front of the fairing as well, ,facing me?
Every video I see shows the front fairing removed like I have it, with the speakers housing removed as well.

You have to remove the complete speaker pod assembly. Allen head screws around the perimeter of the pod. 2 allen head screws through the side of the pod connecting to the amp tray and 3 7/16" headed screws into the pod side down low, between the forks. The speakers mount in the pod from the front side.
