I’ve searched these pages and haven’t found anything related to this issue with a fix. Rode my 2015 SGS to work today, Bluetooth worked fine. When I went to leave later in the day my phone wouldn’t connect. Going into settings, all the Bluetooth buttons are grey and can’t be selected, same with com buttons. I’ve disconnected the battery, reconnected and have the same issue. I’ve pulled the 50amp fuse and still nothing. Any help is appreciated

I am having the EXACT same problems with my 2019 Roadglide Special. So frustrated with it. I have been going through forum after forum for answers and haven't found any.

 

Did you try unpairing your phone from the radio?

 

Even if you unpair it, you can’t do anything else if you can’t select buttons on the infotainment system while all buttons are inactive
