Back story: I built my system a while back, consisting of DD Audio AW6.5, AT28, VO6x9, and Arc Audio 600.4. I did not do a good job separating the wires during final install and would get a hissing sound after the system warmed up a bit.
Yesterday I decided to take it apart and separate the wires. After opening it up and separating everything, it now clips around half volume. I have checked the wiring and connections and can't find any issues. What I thought would be a straight forward exercise now has me perplexed. Anyone have thoughts on what is causing it to clip now?
For some odd reason the TXO crossovers and the Arc Moto amps dont like to play well together after some time.
The easiest way to get around the issue is to get a set of 3.3uf bass blockers
