Default Arc 720 amplifier???
Anyone check out the info on this amp yet?

Seems to be a winner!! Hopped up version of the 600.4

185X4 @4 ohms.
If its like the 600.4 ,awesome SQ too.

Looks solid. Just wonder if it constant watt, which is a massive drawback of the 600.4 in this very dynamic sled audio world in which we live.

And of course the price point problem that ARC has. Good stuff overall but not premium price point stuff.

Hopefully they did fix that.
As far as SQ I bet it sounds great.

I bet retail price is $749.

720 is all good, 180 watts of clean power per channel. And yes I have in bike and loving it.

DD1 & DMM? O-Scope?

This could be a very very nice amp if it lives up to most of the stuff Stinger gets their hands on.

Let's just hope it's not $799!!!! Lol.

Are you sure it was overheating, these amps have to have proper current draw or they'll shut down. For example if you're not using 8 gauge ground and power wires or your battery drops below a certain voltage they'll shutdown. Set up properly you shouldn't have a problem, the 720 has also fixed the issue with the speaker terminals vibrating loose. In the next few weeks I'll be running two 720s, will not have to worry about having enough headroom.

Looks like the specs show 150x4 @4ohm and 180x4 @2ohm. Have you had a dd1 on it to see what it will do?
