2015 CVO Limited with Boom 1( 4 speakers& 1 amp)
At dealership trying to get 4 speakers/0 amps flash or sometimes called the "Ultra Flash". This is the flash recommended on this forum. The dealer says his computer won't let him do the ultra flash because it recognizes it as a CVO and won't allow any no amp flash.
Has anyone ran across this before?
Thanks for the replys guys. Well, I got the flash in. It turns out that the amp has to be disconnected before a amp free flash can be installed. I didn't realize that the amp had to be disconnected first but I guess it makes sense. He talked like it was a CVO thing but it seems to me that anyone who has added a Boom system probably has the same problem. My dealership does the flash for free but since they had to open up the fairing to unplug amp they charged me 30 min labor. My dad took it in for me while I'm at work or I would have been there and unplugged it myself. But $50 labor is fair enough.
Thanks again to all of you that take time to try and help others on here.
