I have a 2016 Road Glide Ultra. I usually just blue tooth my iphone through my boom box 6.5 GT. When I do this, I can control volume, and select my songs on my I phone with my left toggle switch. Why is it when I hook up my i phone to the boom box system in the right hand compartment direct, that I cannot select my music back and forth with my left toggle switch. I can still control volume with the left toggle switch.

YES! Worked for me on my 2016 RGU. Change EVERY option (AM, FM, etc.) to SEEK. Have had to do that a couple of times. I never listen to the radio, only my playlists in my ipad plugged into the Jukebox port, so I never change any of the radio options. But for some reason every so often when I find I can't use the left toggle to select the next playlist selection and go through the radio options my previously selected SEEK has been changed. So I just change it back to SEEK and then it works OK, till the next time. Same with the SHUFFLE option. I turn it on but every so often my bike turns it off. ???
