Question would be, are the BT brackets that much better than the pods? PUtting MMAT's in it. If pods are better, then won't need yours. If brackets are better, then yes please!
One better than another is going to depend on you. I have a habit of trying different speakers pretty often. For that reason, I like the brackets. The brackets make install a breeze by not contending with pods every time. You can also install some speakers that you would not typically be able to fit in a pod.
The upside to the pods to me are, I believe most of the speakers I've tried would sound better in the enclosure.
Ive decided on the stinger amp, 4 MMATS cx speakers (2 front, 2 rear) and because I'm hesitant about cutting any factory harness stuff, the BTBOC seems to be the calling to me. This looks like it plugs directly to the amp, but where would a DSP go? I would think before the amp, but before those dollars start flying out of my wallet, ….just want to be sure.
dang i am 34 with a ultra... guess i am a geezer lol
Im 56, and like my bike, I'm starting to get lighter, louder, and faster every year. Motor upgrades, audio upgrades, and slowly stripping it down from the Ultra to more of a Streetglide look. I guess my bike is turning into a young punk, lol.

Congrats on the new ride and the fun of redoing your audio...Correct HU - DSP - Amp - Speakers
Thanks all. I guess I'll start with new speakers front and rear and go from there. I know down the road I'll add more speakers. Guess at this point it's decision time. Breakout harness with LL or DSP.....any pros/cons on either?

The answer to that ultimately depends on the finish line of ur build plans.
What's ur audio finish line look like?

The finish line looks like all 4 current speakers replaced, lowers and lids added. Not competition, but if I get a wild hair to enter stock, why not. Quality tunes at 65+. I can get the breakout harness with the LL's, cost not a big thing there, so if DSP a better option, can go that way too. I'm like a bendable toy. Semper Gumby

I would roll right into the DSP brother. I like the DD DSI-2 but the ARC is also ok if ur working w space limitations.
