A 600.1 2 ohm is what tailwind ran the 8 ohm version on in his bike. Very solid. We found somewhere long ago where that amp did about 400 watts at 4 ohms. Can't remember where. But they sounded really good.
They just switched them to a 6P200ND for both the 4 and 8 ohm. They have what ohm they are on the box off to the side. I went thru that issue a couple weeks ago and talked directly to their sales in New York to get the right ones ordered. It's an awesome speaker and only 6.5 I've heard that outperforms the Faital Pro 6RS140.

Thanks for the reply. Funny you bring up the faitals I just posted in the other thread, so now that is the 3rd time they were reccomended. But you like the 6p's better? I think I may get a set of both and test them out.

I have a set I was going to post for sale. I still have 4 of them on my bike. They are awesome in lids for their weight/size and weather resistance is good too for a pro audio speaker. The 6Ps are better for the fairing in my opinion.
I have the 4ohms bridged on an 800.4 on Mike Gs bike....not sure exactly how much theyre getting put its plenty loud. He won the Milwaukee anniversary Sound comp at PJs this year. SQL 60s were designed specifically for that driver.

Damn good feedback Ron!!! I had the same issue where I wanted the 4 ohm version and surprisingly the 6P200 showed up however the shop owner I buy from was very much in the loop and made me aware of this recent change well in advance.
One thing I am a bit curious about are the specs and freq response curve as it was rumored that there are some differences.
Great info on the SQL60 Haze!! Thanks!!! My ears have always liked those horns thus I may have to put them suckers back in the game.
ADenton, if u dig a bit deeper into the fine print on that 600.1 it mentions 440 watts for the higher impedance vs being displayed in the spec tables. I don't lean to hard into the decibels as a non competition guy thus 220 each was good on the 8 ohm and the 250-300 on the 4 ohm is way more than enough for my rider dB goals.
Finally a semi-productive thread. Thanks brothers!!!

I have them paired with that SQL60 and the speaker on a BT bracket with 3 layers of polyfill. I'm not sure on the difference in frequency response difference because I never tried the 8 ohm version. I have them at 100-5k now during the run in period and very pleased so far. I'm sure there's more and I'll expand later on the range.
