2019+ GTS and Whim
okay, i have a question for the WHIM gurus on the forum. currently, i have the sena 30k hd branded system. i have the 2019 GTS on my road glide special, but do not have a whim installed. i have the GTS enabled for CarPlay, but obviously, without a microphone, i cannot use voice options.
if i get the whim, will i lose my CarPlay functionality that i have now if i don't have my wireless headset with me? i would still like to be able to use CarPlay, through my speakers, without having to do the 'turn headset on, and toss in saddlebag' trick that i've read that many do. in other words, if i leave my helmet with the headset at home, will i still be able to use CarPlay by plugging in my phone?
