I have downloaded the new software to update the BOOM! BOX GTS to the latest version. I unzip the file and loaded on a USB pen drive.
When I attach it to the Harley USB port it gives me the following error: "The ISO image on the attached USB is corrupt or incompatible".
I've tried to change format of the USB pen but the error persists.
What am I wrong?
from everything I have read, it sounds like you have downloaded the wrong file. See below from Harley website:
"If the incorrect software file for your infotainment system is copied to the USB flash drive, and connected to the infotainment system's USB port, the following error message will result: "The ISO image on the attached USB is corrupt or incompatible".
