Will the SD800.4 (4ohm) bridged handle a set of VO6x9's (4ohm) and a set of PRV NEO 6.5 (4ohm) hook up in parallel? I realize once parralled it brings each set to 2ohm but will the amp support 2ohm and be stable? Right now both sets are hooked up direct 1/2/3/4
I have an SD400.4 (4ohm) that's running 4 horns (ST25/B3) hooked direct 1/2/3/4. I want to add lowers to my bike but ive run out of space under the hood. Can I ditch the B3's, bridge channels 3/4 and run a set of Hertz MPX 165.3 in the lowers which are being added. I could also put the NEO's in the lowers and run 165 in fairing? Which is better?
I also have a DSR-1 installed... Really want lowers! More, more, more, lol

Thanks gang!
1. No. You'd need the 2 ohm 800.4
2. No. The 3/4 bridge is not stable to 2 ohm. I believe the hertz are 4 ohm. You could however find an 8 ohm coax such as the mmats. That would allow you to get rid of the B3's and run the ST25 on 1 and 2 in stereo and parallel bridge the mmats on 3/4 which would be about 200 watts to the pair or 100 watts each which will suffice.
If you're happy with the VO's and PRV, just switch the 800.4 out.
Nice work packing all that in there. I ran a 2ohm SD 800.4 to push same set of PRV's and set of JL 8.8's (all bridged and parallel). Amp did very well at pushing all of it (200w/speaker)

Im swapping over to 800 2ohm, it will provide greater flexibility across the board. I Also like the idea Mmats 8ohm bridged, paralleled on the Sd400. Anyone run this combo?
