Default Wiring strategy?

When you guys are wiring 2 speaker's in parallel are you running +/- from amp to 1st speaker and 1st speaker to 2nd? Or are you running both speaker wires to the amp and connecting it there?

Speaker wires from both speakers straight to the amp.
But it can be done both ways.

Sbates08, forgive my ignorance but I thought that running from amp to speaker 1, then speaker 1 to speaker to was “in series” and increased the ohm load? I thought that parallel was amp + to both speaker + and amp - to both speaker -; and bridged was bridged amp + to both speaker + and bridged amp - to both speaker -.

Thanks for clarifying and making me less dumb.

Paralleling...from + on amp to + on first speaker then daisy chaining to + on 2nd speaker is the exact same as running the + from each speaker directly to the amp.
Series...amp + to speaker 1 +, speaker 1 - to speaker 2 +, speaker 2 - to amp -

Thanks for explaining that!
