Kinda new here guys. When I set up my head unit ( Kenwood KMR-D772BT ) tuning via
DSI-2 do I need to use manual Eq settings and set all frequencies at 0 level? One more question, is it a bad idea to run some of the speakers in stereo and some in mono or should I run them all in mono. Half of my setup will have to be in mono due to the wiring strategy. Thanks in advance

If you are asking about the EQ settings on the HU, I personally would set the HU EQ settings to 0 across the board and tune your speakers with the DSI 2 eq.
Not sure what all you are wiring up, but I wouldn't hesitate to run a combo of stereo and mono if required.
I'm hoping to keep my fairing speakers in stereo, but wouldn't hesitate running my lowers or speaker lids in mono if it works better for your amp and wiring strategy.

thats what I could run myself, fairing and tweeers in stereo and the rest in mono. I recon I will try both ways just to hear the difference
again thanks, my lowers and bags I have no choice but to run mono. Fairing and 4 tweeters could be in stereo if my wiring strategy is right. I think I could do them all in mono
