H-D Boom Box 6.5GT
Could some one help please!!
I'm having problems with the Navigation in the Boom Box. Apparently I've loaded a "TRIP" file that has no content ?????
When I highlight the file to start the navigation the navigation freezes for about a minute then resets the boom box.
All i'm trying to do is delete the files that don't have content !!
I'd be most appreciated if some one could help that may of had a similar experience.

1. Turn IGN OFF. Wait 15 seconds.
2. Press and hold power/mute button. Turn IGN to ACC.
3. Continue to press power button for 2 seconds after the WARNING screen is displayed.
4. Release power/mute button and accept warning.
The service menu may display “Diagnostic Service Not Available” when a menu option is initially selected. This message will clear once the system has finished performing the power-on process. Options are: DTCs, Audio, Display, Key input, Component menus, Version info, Reset, Touchscreen.
Reset: Pre-calibration reset: Restores factory default settings. This is recommended when there are radio symptoms and no DTCs*
Post calibrations save: Archives customers’ settings so that they can be restored after a Post calibration Reset.
Post calibration reset: Resets the radio to factory default settings and restores the last archive data stored during Post calibration save.

Yeah another forum member replied. and as you said it needed a HU, (Head Unit) reset. Wesson kindly sent me a link as "How To reset a HU"" as I've never heard of a HU. When I went to my dealer, the Head Technician had no idea as to how to fix the issue, he basically said "You can find a lot of things on Google", very helpful!!
I've had great response on this forum and I do thank those people.
