What changes to make
Currently running the following on my 2011 Ultra
Sony M70 head unit
BT 4180 amp
BT 7.1 in the fairing
RF kickers in the rear pod - not hooked up to the amp.
What can I do to make it sound better? Not looking spend more than $3-400 ish, but would like to do something.

Sell the amp and speakers and start over. If you can get 250 for it you will be good. I am not a fan of that amp because you have no gain adjustment. That said Get the Mmats 601,4cx for the fairing and for TP. vtwin TP adapters\ Stinger Spx700x4 amp. That should run you 650 and blow your current system away.
