I agree with Hoyt that those amps are really good if used for the right purpose. The 100-120 watts that it puts out is just not enough for the lids. You really want to be at 150-250W for your lid speakers. The 2 channel RF amp would be better for your lids. If you are running the stock RF 6x9's in the lids that is also something you probably are gonna want to upgrade. I am not sure how much more power you can give those than what you are right now.

im thinking maybe bridge the rockford to the 6x9's an maybe add a stinger or sumthin in that range for the fairing an that would prob leave two channels for the lowers if i ever decide to add them ! Or even maybe a diffrent 2 channel for the 6x9's yes im working on changing the 6x9's for prob the mmatts coaxial

I installed MMATS coaxial 6.5's and 6x9's in my friends 16 RGS with a stock HU, BT LL's, and powered by a SD800.4s last year. That turned out really nice.

Is the sound quality from the sd amps better than the rf an stinger with the same wattage going to each speaker ?

The Stinger amp reportedly is kind to FM but it really is not any more powerful than the RF. It is a good amp but still as the heart of an entire audio system with 6x9s it is lacking as well.
Hoyt, what 4-channel amp would you recommend in a fairing & lid only setup that you feel will do that setup justice? I'm currently running speakers in the fairing & lids (Mmats in all four holes) with the Stinger amp and it sounds great but if I can do much better I'm definitely interested in improving on what I have. Thanks in advance.
