I have a 2004 Ultra. I had a 2000 Ultra before that. Both had identical headset cords. The cords had identical 7 pin connectors on each end of the coiled cord.
I would guess Harley sold millions of these, but...
Now it seems replacements are in the realm of Unobtainium.
I have one that came with my 2012 limited that never gets used, Its the style that mounts on a helmet with speakers that go inside helmets ear pockets. Also have the other style that has the headbar that can be worn without a helmet. Both have only been used a couple times and have been sitting in drawer for 8 years now. I would sell one or both if interested.

Does anybody know a source?
I am in need of at least of one of these also. I'd be willing to buy one if it's still available or anyone has a source. Thanks in advance.
