Default Square speaker round hole... Ugh

I have faital 6RS140 and I was intending on putting them in my 2011 FLHTCU Batwing. The faitals have a square mount and the holes don't at all match up to the holes on my metra mount. I need some help with ideas on how to get these mounted.

No not that simple. The holes on the faitals are in the points of the square. Only one hole will mate to the adapter ring. The rest are over the edge. Nothing to drill into.

if you have a common 6 1/2 speaker flip it upside down on top of the Faital spin it to the left or right about 5/16 so it lands in the thick part in the flange of the Faital. Secure the two drill new holes. Make SURE you fully tape off the new speaker.it might be 3/8 to 7/16, it’s been a while since I’ve done mine. If the holes are not perfect you can take a dremmel tool and make the holes into a u shape.
