Help/dd dsi-2 issues
OK have everything hooked up sony head unit to DD dsp output ch 1-4 all front stage work perfect ch 5-8 dont work tried switching to use channels that work and 2 different amps all turn on no sound
I haven't used that DSP but I imagine it is similar to my Dayton. Have you assigned an input channel to each of your channels from 5-8? If you have assigned different inputs for those channels than you have for 1-4, then try assigning the same input channel you used on 1-4 to see if that works. If it works you know it's not your amps or speakers. That will tell you you have issues between your HU and the DSP. Maybe bad RCA cables, fader set wrong, etc. You will have to trouble shoot to make sure all 4 input channels are working. Easily done by assigning each input channel 1 by 1 to a known working amp/speaker combo that you said was working on output 1-4. Make sure your HU and DSP gains are turned down but not off as you switch between input channels.
