I never had the RF amp. I only bought the lid kit and swapped out the RF speakers.

If you had to choice doing half the upgrade now. Would you change the 6.5s or 6x9s first? I already have the RF system installed. I just need to pace myself with this upgrade.

I assume you mean replacing the front RF speakers with mmats? Front for sure in you had to choose. They give you the most sound.
