If the 8" lids are your only source of audio, I wouldn't recommend the 200Ls. The bass that you gain from them won't be enuff to offset the mids you'll lose. Bad *** speaker though. They'd work great inside the bags along with what you have already though. You would need a baffle for the 8's in the lids.

How high are you running your L.s? Will they run to say 2000? Specs say they will go 4500 but im not sure where they start sounding bad.
I completely agree with @SBates08. If you are going to just run lid speakers, I would not swap. If you want to add speakers to the inside of your bags to get bass, the 200Ls would be good but you would need to separate them from the lids. I sealed my bags and put two Ground Zero Yellow Baskets in them with 400Watts to each and you can feel the bass on your legs a couple of feet away. But you can’t really hear it when riding. Bass is lost when rolling down the road, so just keep that in mind. If you decide to go down this rabbit hole for bass it is for the parking lot. Not trying to talk you out of it, it was important enough to me to spend the $ to get it, but just worth knowing going in.
