What am I doing wrong?!
Trying to update the WHIM and my 20S EVO Headset with the latest versions from Harley. I'm using a Mac laptop and I downloaded the Boom Audio Device Manager Software. I can't get the software to recognize the headset or the WHIM. I thought it might be the cable, but when I plug the cable into the headset and run the Sena Device Manager software, it sees the headset and recommends I use the Harley software. My Mac doesn't have any USB ports so I have to plug a hub with the USB ports on it in order to use USB ports. Is that the issue?
All of this is the result of getting the Black Screen of Death and when the system came back, I'm not able to hear phone calls for some reason. I can see the call, and the caller can hear me, but I can't hear anything in the headset. Figure it's the headset or the WHIM because I can hear the call throw the bikes speakers.

Based on a discussion about updating the WHIM that I had today at my dealers, I believe Harley had problems with the latest WHIM update (1.1.14) for those who tried downloading the MAC version. If you go back to the software update page you will see a second version of the MAC software posted below the first version which supposedly resolves the issue. Let us know how you make out.
I will be updating my WHIM this weekend using a PC. I hope the process will be glitch free.
