No markings. It is Harley branded. The plug adapter and the unit has the logo. I thought it might be a blue tooth adapter but I cannot find any info on it.

Security system pager. If you alarm goes off, that beeps and vibrates.

x2 - It actually works pretty good, but make sure you use a tether, as it will absolutely will not stay on your belt without one!
