Red face Sena communications

A group us us communicate via Sena helmet headsets when we are riding as a group. On some long trips, we have a van follow us. There is no communication between the van and the riders. Can a Sena device be adopted by the van driver to be used without a headset, since most states have laws against wearing them? Perhaps pairing the Sena unit to the van's Bluetooth connection?

Or perhaps, just call the phone in the van

For continuous chatter, can't keep the phone on all the time.

It might be possible to adapt a headset that only has one speaker, like telecom operators use. That keeps one ear free to listen for traffic sounds. It would require some jerry-rigging.
