GroundZero warranty

Has anyone ever sent a set of speakers back into ground zero for warranty work. If so what’s the process who do you contact for rMa etc.

Did you try looking Ground Zero up and asking?

Well seeing as I just figured this out last night. I wouldn’t have any kind of answers over the weekend from them. So I came to the forums after I emailed the us distributor. But thanks for asking.

While you probably will need to connect with your Retailer first, but this is a good fallback. From what the included manual states, it's up to the distributor to handle coverage. I thought they had a one year warranty:
