Got it all hooked up but the right gz has a loud popping sound at about half volume. The rest can go to max and still sound good so I don't know if something is wrong with that one or what.. tried switching leads on speakers and the problem stayed with the speaker.

check all your rca connections.

Swap RCAs around to isolate and also do a polarity check w a 9v battery.
