Radio Problems

I have a 21 Electra Standard. I put a stock HD radio in from a 17 bagger. The radio does play music and will connect to my phone just fine. I could not control volume. So I picked up the hand controls for both sides. The right one works fine but nothing on the left side will work. No blinker, no horn, and no volume. Do I need to get it flashed for the one side of the controls to work?

Trace your wires under the fairing, there may be a loop disconnected. Ran into this on a RG once when I removed the boom system, there was a loop that connected the can-bus.

I don't believe you need to get the bike flashed. If none of the controls on the left are working with the new control module (how about hi-beam and passing?) I'm thinking a faulty module.
