Well first of all you can't run a 800.4 evox bridged parallel on 4 ohm speakers. they need to be 8 ohm speakers to have a 4 ohm load total. You can run a 1200.4 2 ohm evox bridged parallel and that will give you app. 300w to each 6x9. Depending on which compression driver you are running, you will need a separate amp to run them.

Pic of wiring at top/ bottom is what I want to do.
The front fairing & lowers PRV Speakers wired for a 2ohm load and 4 tweeters from a component set wired for 2 ohms.

OP, did you see the above comments that you cannot run a Bridged 2ohm load on the 800.4 EVOX? That's a deal breaker for your build plan.

I don't think it'll really make a difference, as long as you don't bridge to a 2 ohm load. BUT, you are only giving those speakers a max of 115w each. They need a lot more to get all the benefit of cutting holes in your bags and mounting 4 speakers. Assuming you are putting them in there to get some thump from the *** end. Not sure 100w a speaker is going to make you happy.

Yes no 2 ohm load for bridge only 4 ohms. With my current 4 6x9's in the bags a 1200x4 won't fit in the bag.

Would it fit under the hood?

Does anyone remember “quadraphonic” sound from the 70s? Friend of mine had a quadraphonic 8 track player…

Two ways to skin your cat here.

1. Run each bag pair of 6x9 in parallel for 2 ohms and put to channel 1 and channel 2 in "stereo" for each bag respectively.
This is a 2 ohm load on channel 1 and channel 2 which is no problem. CD's run in stereo at their normal load

2. Series each bag pair to 8 ohms and then parallel the two together for 4 ohms to bridge to 1/2.

Either way it's the same power and load on the amp. 2 ohm stereo and 4 ohm bridged is the exact same load on amp as far as current draw and heat will basically be the same.

For simplicity sake, go with option 1 because quite frankly it's simpler to wire and less to mess up.
