Installed Rockford Fosgate front speakers and saddle bag lid RF speakers. I had radio flashed. Everything was working great until it wasn't. The connections at saddle bags are solid. Fader on radio is present. Front speakers work and rears don't.
Anybody have any suggestions.

You don't mention what amp you're using. Have you tried switch front and rear inputs. Also switching the speaker outputs from the amp to test whether your its bad speakers or connections.
Assuming you have an aftermarket STAGE2 or STAGE3 kit.
If you are using the Y-Adaptor on the output of the TM400X4ad, take the Y-Adaptor off and connect the rear saddlebag speakers directly to the rear output connector.
If you still don't have output, connect the saddlebag harness to the front outputs.
If you have audio, then check the INPUT SWITCH. Make sure the 2-ch / 4-ch setting is fully engaged in the 4-ch setting.
If you still don't have output, gently test each wire going into the Molex connector and ensure each wire is fully engaged into the connector. Try plugging into the front output again.
If you still don't have output, detach the 6x9 speaker wires from both left and right bags. Temporarily connect the terminals to a standalone, known good speaker.
If you have audio, your 6x9 speakers are blown.
If you don't have audio, you have an intermittent connection with your harness. Please contact Rockford Fosgate technical support for a warranty replacement at 1-800-669-9899 Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
