Power @ 12.6V @ 4Ω: 4 x 110 W RMS - 22.4 volts
I looked at the setting gains chart and if I understand it correctly the specs for the amp that I have means that I will need speakers that are rated for at least 110 watts, correct? Then turn the volume up to 80% and turn the gains to 22.4 volts? Do I check voltage with the speakers hooked up and drawing power? If I am on track can you recommend speakers? I can do all four or just the fronts that are currently not working. Again I am not overly concerned about cost but I don't want to waste money. If I am not on track can you point me in the right direction?

Set radio volume at 80, then while playing your 1kz test tone, set gains to target volts on each channel while speakers are unplugged!

Now the volts depend on speakers you choose, amp and speaker ohms as well as wiring strategy. Once you decide which speakers you want to go with, then the recommended volts/wattage can be determined.

So first things first, Budget and speakers. 200 wont get you anything worth while for 4 speakers on a sled. The mmats 601cx would be a great speaker, but not sure about fitment in your tour packs. Someone else might comment whether they fit or not without mods. But they're cheap at 230 bucks a pair or so, are very loud and only need about 125watts each. GZ's would be a step up in SQ loudness and price just a bit, but even larger magnets so fitment would be a bigger issue. The hertz neos will fit anywhere I think and come highly recommended by many here. Not sure theyre their price or how many watts they can handle.

Thank you for the suggestions I will look into the MMats and the hertz and then post once I buy the speakers.
