Intercom App
I am looking for a Intercom app that will leave an open channel (no PTT ) work off local wifi or Bluetooth connection, and is available for iOS and Android.

Most folks just use a cheap pair of bluetooth headsets. They can be had for around $50 each usually. If you want mesh capabilities to communicate with folks on other bikes the price goes up, but just for intercom use between rider and passenger you can get a set for about $100.
