I know there are a lot of threads on this already. I have a customer looking for a bluetooth he can put in his helmet that will allow all the functionality of the infotainment system (GPS, radio, phone calls, etc).
What do you guys recommend for this. I don't have a 2014 and would not use this feature regardless if I did so I am in the dark on this.
Can't be done yet out of the box. There is talk on the internet that HD is coming out with their own BT headset and that firmware will be updated to allow others.
The only option right now is to buy an adapter and add a permanent Sena to the saddle bag. This allows full use of BT and the bike but is only good if you are the only person with the headset because you have to place both units on intercom. This would keep other's from being able to intercom to you.
there is a thread in here about it. I'll see if I can find it.
