Here are the steps to recovering the EQ file on a GTS radio...
1. Turn IGN OFF. Wait 15 seconds (or if your bike has already been off skip to next step.)
2. Turn IGN to ACC position.
3. Wait 10 seconds for the WARNING screen to display
4. Press and hold the power/mute button until the 'service menu' is displayed.
(Note: service menu may display "Diag Service not Available" when a menu option is initially selected. This message will clear once the system has finished the boot process.
5. Go into 'Audio'.
6 Go into 'EQ' You may have to scroll to the active eq name if it is not already selected. There should be an 'i' for "info" button that can be pressed to show the current EQ.
7. Take a pic or jot down the filename
