HI, I have a 2021 Ultra. The dealer updated the Boombox GTS and now I have sidetone issues. Can't turn it off and I can't hear anything but my voice and amplified road noise blasting in my ears.
I tried our local dealer, no idea.
Does anyone here know how to shut if off. Prior to the update it was perfect.
PS We're currently using wired headsets
Any help, advice appreciated.

You need to turn down the VOX setting on the GTS. Go to intercom, box and set it about 1/2 way to start.

 

Thanks for the reply mate. I'm pretty sure the vox setting in intercom is the threshold for which the microphone turns on. The lower the setting the louder you need to speak, the higher the setting the microphone will stay open.
I will definitely try it again though.
