What can I do to test tweeters to see if they are fried or if the capacitor is bad? They were working fine and both just stopped at the same time. There a way to test the resistor?

Figured it out. Its a trash design. Probably why they got rid of the screw on connections. They are set in melted plastic. If you turn them too tight, they break the very fine commection on the inside. Had to solder it back together and reinforce the cheap material with some gorilla glue so the screw connections wont turn when it was already tight
So if anyone is in the situation thinking they are fried, check inside to see if the connection tore off. Easy fix.
