I have the Harley branded Sena 20S set. Can someone tell me the best setup for normal running music and intercom? Everything was fine until I updated to the latest firmware. Everything now sounds "fuzzy".

ahhhh you've turned "Fuzzy Sound option ON"
personally I'd redownload the firmware and re-apply, sounds like it went bad
settings are a personal choice, but here's a typical set of settings.... we run the non branded ones, but they are the same thing without the harley tax
*you prob want to turn Audio Multitasking ON to get music and intercom, so they overlay
