Speaker enclosure inside fairing
Ok.
first Id like to thank everyone for their help on my previous thread.
I believe I have isolated down part of my issue.
the person who installed my fairing speakers elongated the mounting hole and the speakers do not sit flush. So they are not sealed to the enclosure.
this means they are acting as open air speakers and are not designed as such.
unfortunately the enclosures are destroyed.
does anyone in here have a pair of fairing speaker enclosures that will fist a 2019 road glide special?
If you do please let me know your price and shipping to 34746.
aftermarket ones are 110 a pair plus shipping but I dont know if they fit and I wont buy anything from those guys. I had a bad experience with their baggertail kit and lost 2 bags

I thought I'd remembered someone using a wrap of sorts, they had to eliminate the pods, but replaced with what looked like an thick insulative material and tape or adhesive....sorry the reference is kind of vague, I'll have a look and see if I can find the product...maybe it's a solution?
