We are upgrading to Harley Davidson 30k headset from the 20s when I pair them to the gts and switch over the audio and prompt there is no sound from the headset it says boom audio connected any help would be appreciated thanks

I’m trying to get answers to the mysteries of getting the infotainment part of my 30K headset working with the Boom GTS Integrated.
The APP Store app for Sena 30K is rated almost 80% one star. Before I buy another 30K headset for my wife, I have to figure this stuff out. The whole system is too disconnected. It also seems like I need HD speakers. (High Definition).
Harley needs to make the integration of iPhone 30K Sena and Boom box GTS easier.
