I'm going to rebuild my audio system from scratch.
Can you tell the difference of a component system vs Coax speaker system going down the road at highway speed.
Everything else being equal; dsp, wattage, ohms, location -upper & lower?
Thanks in advance!

You are able to tune components better than coax.
As far as going down the road, it really depends on the speaker.
I'm running focal component on the front stage with an adjustable crossover for the tweeter. I have the rear 6x9 blow out so I ordered the ARC Audio moto cx69 that is a component speaker built like a coax. Arc also has a component style 6.5 available. There is another user who recently made the upgrade so search should find it pretty easily.
Diamond Audio has what your looking for but as you know, with quality you get increased cost.

Running CX6 fairings and CX69 in the bags....arc moto720 amp, RF flash.....outstanding sound and simple set up.
I'm running the Stinger 700 with three Rockford flash. Sounded good with all the Focal but the 6x9 in the bags were not water proof and the weather finally got to them. The front component setup sounds great by itself right now. The Arc 6x9 should be here tomorrow. Ill see how they sound together.
Ok, let's go with component, throw out a brand. Hertz, diamond, ect?
I'd like to get as much input as possible.
TIA
To do a component/horn speaker correctly ( Beyma, Euphoria, Faital, AD, Diamond, ect) you need more amp channels than coax and a DSP with a correct tune to run properly.
It all comes down to your entire setup and what your looking for. You can't just compare coax vs component. Too many variables.
