Default 16 Ultra Classic upgraded audio system question

I installed the Sony XAV AX7000 a couple of months ago and love it for the most part. Handlebar control integration could be a lot better.
This past weekend the station somehow changed to a bad reception station at a 48 or so volume level. It popped my fuse so I lost the radio, gps and charger for my phone. It popped fast. I didn't have near enough time to turn it down. I was on a 500 mile trip so I was a little pissed. Luckily it was the tail end.
When I got home I put a 20 amp instead of a 15 amp in. Probably not a good idea I know... I swapped my factory speakers to JL C1-650x and put a rain cover I made under the fairing. The JL speakers fit perfectly without any mods or adapters. I had them and was already planning on doing it.
My question is about an amp. Is it worth it with the stereo putting out 45 watts RMS already? Speakers are 50w RMS. I like to listen to loud music up around 75+ mph. I have the same speakers in my truck driven by a 75w RMS/channel amp. It sounds great. I feel like I might be underpowering my bike speakers.

Thanks for any input.

Thanks. So you're thinking I'm right about being under powered and I should use an external amp? I'll take a look at some 75w x4 amps. Kind of where my gut was going.

Most would say and I am in that group, for a bike 125w is min 150 is better. What is your budget and make sure it is a class D amp.

Not that I can't afford it, but when there is a decent cheaper alternative I'd rather save a few bucks. I've been seeing alot of amps for less than $200. I know you get what you pay for, but I don't need anything too fancy. Prefer marine grade, but with my new inner fairing"rain coat" everything should stay pretty dry unless I go for a launch into a pond or something....
So as far as RMS watts your thinking a 600/4 amp would be right? Even with only 50w RMS spkrs? I saw this Pioneer and thought it might fit the bill on the real cheap side. Any reason why it wouldn't?

Here are a cpl more I was thinking about and they're pretty cheap. Any reason any of them wouldn't work well? I was leaning towards the Pioneer or Soundstream.

Like I said you want 125w or you are not doing yourself justice. THE AMP MUST BE CLASS D .If you are just doing 2 speakers. The Budget beast is the Sound Stream PN4.520.D they run about 140.00 Bridge that amp and you will have plenty of power. It will probably kill your FM. If that is important this is not the amp.

Are you saying amp should be 125w/ ch or 125w speakers or? I run the tour pak sometimes so I'll shift between 2 ch and 4 ch. All four of my JL Audio Speakers are 50w RMS ea.
I'm not opposed to the one you suggested, but I don't want to bridge a 4 ch amp. Without bridging it's only 130w/ch @2 ohms. I don't know enough to compare your suggestions to mine really though. I know there are other factors.
I'm not an audiophile. Just trying to get things straight in my head. I appreciate the help.
BTW, I'm only considering class D.

If you run four speakers then this amp is what I would run. SS PN$.1000.4 . 125W per channel amp. That will give you enough power to change speakers in the future.

I wasn't able to find that p/n. I'll see if I can locate it by specs. I eliminated all the ones I originally thought about. Here are the ones on my "list" now. No plans for speaker upgrades in the future and if I do I'll probably go to a JL Audio amp or something. This is just getting me to a better spot....
All class D
NVX VAD10004 150w RMS x4 @4 ohms $237
Blaupunkt AMP1804BT 100w RMS x4 @ 4 ohm $82
Soundstream pn4.520D 100 w RMS x4 @4 ohm $130

Without seeing the one you suggested above yet I'm leaning towards the NVX.
Edit: Found a SS pn4.1000D 140w/ch. $170. Looks pretty good.
