Default Intercom -How to

I bought a 2000 Electra Glide Ultra Classic with a Motor Trike trike kit installed in 2016. . I have no headsets but I have plug on gas tank for headset for intercom and CB. I'm shopping for headsets but not sure what I need.
On the tourpack there are controls on both sides but I don't see a plug for a second headset . Should there be a second plug ??
I can not find anything in manual about the usage.
I've attached some pics ,if anyone can give me any advice . Thanks

I believe there should be a 2nd plug in that plastic bracket. If you are looking for intercom between rider and passenger (and possibly bike to bike) you'd be better off going wireless. The 2 main manufacturers are Sena and Cardo. Sena is offered by Harley as a branded OEM product but Cardo is more highly regarded (and is the only one of the two to claim their products are waterproof). Both offer a variety of models at different price points with differing functionality.

Your question was answered in post #2. Under the left rear speaker is where the connection should be for the passenger's headset. It seems to be missing in the picture you posted.
