Boom Box intermittent

2015 Ultra Classic - the system doesn't always come on. It's completely random. When it doesn't come on, I can't even turn it on manually, it just shows the Harley logo with the time. Any suggestions on how to fix/update?

Thank you, Galv. I've tried that as well as tried to update the software, but it doesn't read my thumb drive (I should have said that on my original post).

My bet is you have too much on the thumb drive. When you download and install, make sure the only thing on the thumb drive is the ISO file.
