Default Dialing in a new system

Hey guys, I'm currently in the middle of changing over my fairing audio on my new to me 2010 SG.

Here's what I decided on:

Alpine UTE-73BT installed with handlebar control module
Stinger SPX 700 X4 on the way
Hertz SX-165-NEO on the way
Stinger HD amp kit on the bench

I know there are far superior products out there, but I'm only looking to do a fairing upgrade as of now and maybe adding some speakers to lowers later after I get them painted. I'm not looking for anything ground pounding, just louder and clearer with whatever kick I can get out of 6.5". I actually didn't mind the factory set up, but not having bluetooth and not being able to change tracks on my phone via the handlebar just killed it. The Alpine with the factory speakers doesn't sound all that bad so I'm sure I'll be happier after the amp and speakers are installed.

My question is what is the best way to get it all dialed in? I looked at the sticky above about setting the gains and a few Youtube videos. That sticky is pretty old and am just wondering if that is still the correct way to get the amp dialed in. I've heard the best way is to use a computer, but have no idea about that as I'm not an audio expert. I also noticed the Alpine has quite a few features to help as well.

I wouldn't mind purchasing any tools to do this myself.

Any help from the experts is appreciated! Even links to Youtube vids would be great. TIA

The sticky above is still relevant for setting gains.
