98-13 Road Glide Fitment Issues

98-13 Road Glide Fitment Issues
Have a pair or DB Drive Moto WDX6MOTO-CD and with the speaker adapters they will not allow for the fairing to fit properly. 2013 Road Glide Custom.
I am using the Metra 6.5-6.75" adapter rings, oriented properly. No dice on the fitment. I also have a set of Euphoria Xpert EX6NCD-CF on the way and almost positive they are the same size or bigger.
I guess 2 questions I have:
1. If any of you have gotten these to fit successfully, what was the combo that did it?
2. Please reply to this thread of speakers that are known fits, outside of the Rockford TMS6RG's (already have)
