How many here believe that the New Skyline system is just too complexed to be hacked ? Will there ever be an option for upgrading our 23-24 bikes ? I am aware Carlos at NVS can piggy back an amp, holding back on that for now until I am certain that its the only option.
I talked to Carlos this morning. He says 8-ish weeks before interface. We shall see......
And for sure Metra will come out with something.
I have a 2023.5 CVO I'm working on now with using DSP and amp piggy-backing. But something is going on with bike and messed up 3 new DSP's and has a nasty turn on pop. I've talked to 3 different guys that have done about 15 of the new bikes and not one has had a turn on pop.
2023.5 here too. Sounds like a race between NVS and Volunteer. Volunteer has said their initial offering will only be available as a package with amp and speakers. If that holds true will look to NVS. Interested in the differences between the 2 when it's all said and done.

It will be interesting to see what the signal looks like with interface (my guess is it wont change the EQ curve). I did some testing and the curve is so worthless. Just like all their other ones: all bass and no clarity. If there isn't a way to flash, DSP's are going to be necessary.
